Seriously though, with their knack for retro graphics, I'd love to see WayForward take a whack at a SNES/Genesis era style fighter.
They could have the stars of their 3 Mighty games (Flip Champs, Milky Way, Switch Force). Shantae, Risky, & the zombie girl from the Shantae series. Some of their other characters I'm not aware of, and some original characters that are fighter clichés from that era.
Naturally, it would be an eShop release.

There should also be sequels to lot's of good VC games like Wario Land
Kirby's Dream World: Play as Kirby for the first time in a 3D platformer! King Dedede has stolen the World Rod and created a planet in his image! That's not the bad part though, without the World Rod, Planet Pop Star will fall apart and unleash a great chaos! Play as Kirby in a 3D view as he infiltrates Planet Dedede and uses his Copy Abilities, Super Abilities, Helpers and Animal Friends, and (NEW) Super Helpers and Super Animal Friends as they fight against Dedede's army at their strongest! Complete missions and explore in search of Pop Sparks that help heal Pop Star, where you can unlock secret levels! Use the gyroscope in Ball Levels (inspired by Kirby Tilt n Tumble) and use the Streetpass function and see others' playbacks and compete against their record! And look out, because I don't think King Dedede will be the true final boss... collect 1,000 Pop Sparks to find out!
So I guess Crystal Shards and Return to Dreamland don't count? Or do you mean stereoscopic 3d?

They meant platforming on a 3D plane (like Mario 64, Sunshine, and the Galaxies). Kirby 64 & Return to Dreamland are 2.5D games, like Smash Bros (While they feature 3D graphics, they move in a 2D plane).

Mario VS Donkey Kong 5 (The gameplay is like the 1st one, but it keeps the level editor and uses QR codes)
A new game with Donkey Kong as the protagonist (Either a spiritual successor to DK64 or Donkey Kong Land Returns)
EDIT: Also, Namco Museum 3DS for third parties (It'd be what Namco Museum DS should've been since that only had 7 arcade games)
EDIT 2: There also needs to be Photo Dojo 2 on the eShop
