Buddy, the industry is dryer than before and these IPs are our last hope for the industry interms of First to third party devs out there. If all those IPs are gone to dust or are poorly used, then we're doomed!

I know, right, well what you gonna do I guess, I noticed a large quality drop in the series so maybe it was for the best for Nintendo to put the series out of it's misery. Hopefully Nintendo has more time to worry with F-U-Zero now.
Maybe they can put that effort towards a new Advance Wars, that series has more guns and so more Western appeal.
But dude, anything with a gun in it is basically the same game, we need something unique, like Pokemon Sun 2 and Moon 2

I find this hard to believe. After all, Sakurai just announced that he would remove all non-Fire Emblem characters from the NX port of Smash 4 and that he will even add 5 new exclusive characters from Fates.
So why would he go through so much trouble to promote Fates if it performed so badly?
This joke was obvious to me. Fates has had great sales, and the special editions have been selling out in minutes.
I'm more worried about Zelda though. Eiji Aonuma has apparantly said that Zelda Wii U will be the last game unless it somehow gets a phenomenal amount of sales. Now just give me a few minutes to make find the tweet.

@Vee_Flames: There's such a thing as going along with the joke. Though sometimes people can go along with the joke not realizing there is no joke in the first place. Like when Atlus announced they're shutting down all operations, and then SEGA announced they'll be publishing their games in the US.
