Topic: Do you use a wrist strap on your 3DS?

I don't but been thinking about tying a cloth or something on one.

They make wrist straps for the 3DS? I know the DS family had a wrist strap for those systems, but I never found someone who used one or where to find one. Even if I could find/buy one, I wouldn't as I already have the best thing to keep my 3DS in my own two hands. It's called self-control.

Never used it on the Wiimote so I definitely have no need for it on the 3DS

That thing sucked in the original DS and how they tried to convert the touchscreen into a joystick was complete a failure ... Why bother to wear a strap in the 3DS?

They should make one, just to make sure your 3DS doesn't break when you attempt to throw it into that wall over there after playing VVVVVV

I use the one that came with my original DS.

Some extra security is always good.

The Circle Pad Pro comes with one. They also sell just the Strap at the Nintendo Store online.

why the hell would anybody need such thing for a handheld?

@Eureka - zez self-bans himself a lot to help focus on real-life stuff. I should probably do that too and I'd probably do better in school as a result, but whatev.

Nah, I remember getting one in the box with my original DS Phat. Never used it.

People seemed to completely ignore the fact that the one that came with the original DS was supposed to be a thumb slider, not a wrist strap.

That's the only way i used it. Mostly for Metroid Prime Hunters. But it could obviously be used as a wrist strap as well.

I don't use one on my 3DS, but I do use one on my Vita which is pretty ironic considering I value my 3DS much more than my Vita.
