Just a short one, but was I the only one who thought the whole concept of the new Chibi Robo was one of the highlights of this Nintendo Direct? It looks so charming and disarmingly personal in its innocence. Thought I'd express my anticipation!
Wow just read nintendolife review on chibi robo for gamecube.
Just wow...
what an odd little game series. Sound's almost like toy story on some level's with toy's coming to life...
I might try the 3ds version after all. I was going to skip this because wasn't sure of the series but it's made by nintendo which is another shocker for me it really blow's my mind they did a series like this chibi robo... just wow....
Happy Gaming! (^_^)
How do you know about Kuma Tomo but not Chibi Robo? He's been around much longer and his games were on the Gamecube, DS, and the Wii (in Japan only). Plus, wasn't he in SSB Brawl as a trophy?
3DS FC - 1547-6126-3842 Largate de mi casa!!
Mother 3 fan. It's an amazing game. 糸井さん、こんな素敵なゲームを作ってくれてありがとう!
I haven't played a chibi robo game since the cube so i'm exited for this. Look's to be a nice use of AR without getting too gimmicky or trying to use it as the main gameplay method.
WAT!
Hey check out my awesome new youtube channel shingi70 where I update weekly on the latest gaming and comic news form a level headed perspective.
As someone who's heard of Chibi-Robo but never seen or knew what it was about, I was not expecting it at all. When he said we've been listening to fans and were bringing a game back from the GameCube era I was praying he would say Eternal Darkness. Imagine my disappointment, lol.
It definitely looks different though, in a good way. I'll give it that.
I'm a huge fan of Chibi Robo on the Gamecube, and I even liked Park Patrol on the DS, but this new game runs at such a horrifically low framerate that it seriously detracts from the gameplay. I can't believe Nintendo allowed the game to be released in such a state.

It came out in July in Japan. I played the demo on my Japanese 3DS. You can see the terrible framerate in every video that's been released of the game.
it looks cool, didn't play the GC one and Park Patrol wasn't great(good but not enough for me to want it after playing a little) but I'm really interested on this one.
goodbyes are a sad part of life but for every end there's a new beggining so one must never stop looking forward to the next dawn
