Topic: Bit.trip Saga

I've gotten a new Max High Score by Perfecting a stage that I've already previous Perfected! What's up with that scoring??? lol

Yeah, I like all the bit.trip games - Flux and Fate are great. Beat is still probably my second fav in the series (Runner Numbaaah One!).

I like Saga minus the lag in Runner. The only other thing I don't like is, being a lefty, it's 'bout damn impossible to play Fate on the 3DS. It requires you to guide CV with the Circle Pad and hold stylus in right hand. Thus I don't play the Saga version of it.

FLUX is the best there ever was, is, and will be.

Anyone else was able to read all the hidden words in giga mode while playing fate ?
I mostly am so concentrated on the gameplay that i hardly read those words. I think i only managed to read em in level frustration and determination.

Ah yeah flux was fun with the gameplay going on at the end, where u even didnt reviece any more points. Strange ending indeed ...

The final song in Beat was also lagged beyond playability. It was really awful for a rhythm game to desync that badly. :/

Core did the exact same thing. I could get past it in Exploration, but Control was too bad for me to continue :/

Whoops, sorry. I actually did mean Core, not Beat. As far as I remember, Beat was fine...but yeah, final song of Core and toward the end of Runner were just awful.

I still haven't played Core (or Void ftm) for more than ten or so minutes...what's wrong with me???

(Although I still do very much like those ^^ games).

I'm pretty sure I noticed a few hiccups in Beat, but nothing major, and I do really like the stylus controls for it.

I got Bit.Trip COMPLETE over the weekend. Wow - what an improvement over SAGA! I'm loving these Challenges!!!!

Did you have any problems getting it? I took me almost a month because Gamestop didn't seem to even know it existed or, for that matter, what it was. And, of coarse they ruined the box with 50% of their sticker collection.

My local Gamestop had a brand new copy last week. However, the copy I got was used - but in great shape! It only had one sticker from GS on it and I was able to successfully remove it so now the game looks straight up brand new.

Along with my trade in of Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks (what an awful game, btw), COMPLETE only cost me 10 bucks! (My used copy had the bit.trip soundtrack as well!)

I keep reading "Saga" as "Gaga"

i still stand by the opinion that Saga is superior! Only pro on complete is the soundtrack, but with saga u could get is via the homepage of the developer or other ways.
Speaking about the challenges most of them are boring and short. Plus they dont have the full grown magic the real levels had ...

Its incredible the learn curve , atm i play flux and void the most. And i thought meh i cant raise the highscore that much, but incredibly it always happens every play is different.
Oh and touch control is sure superior to silly waggle of the wii.Its so precise that i finally get into meta mode for fairly long times. At least in level 1 & 2 !!
Meta mode feels so epic
New flux level 1 highscore is 40 millions ;D

I like the touch controls for Bit.Trip Beat in SAGA but the lag in Runner is absolutely unacceptable and it ruins the entire package for me.

I beat Flux on WiiWare and never really played it again as I find Beat to be the better game.

Fate is impossible to play on SAGA for left handed people such as myself (the game requires stylus to be in right hand while controlling CV with circle pad in your left).

And....Core and Void are both boring to me so I never play those two.

Complete is still better than SAGA in my opinion, but you are cleary entitled to your opinion as well, mate

sure i stand buy that i already perfected runner and building up in perfecting void and flux in full stereo 3d bliss.
No problems there.
sure i think core is most boring out of the package there and yet it seems to have best stereo 3d out there. the depth in core is so incredible oO
So what highscores you got?

• dont use any lil lag or such as excuse that u fail at a game.
  all bit.trip games are hard and just need practise, but on 3d they are beautiful and gorgeous too.
