Mighty Gunvolt shouldn't cost more than a buck, it's a decent Megaman clone but it takes all of 10 minutes to beat.

I was going to get this on release. But Capcom had the GALL to dangle Phoenix Wright: Dual Destiny in my face for 40% off. So I kinda had to grab that while I could. Gunvolt NEXT WEEK!

How annoying are the touch screen control for certain motions? Is there no button combination alternative to the those touch screen commands?

You just tap one of the icons on the touch screen when you want to use a special move. It's not annoying at all.

Not to you, it doesn't. Having to have my stylus at the ready so I can break the action to touch a button sounds incredibly annoying to me.That, coupled with the removal of content from the US version has severely crippled my interest in the game. I will now wait for a sale, even if it means I miss out on Mighty Gunvolt in the process.

Well at least there are more serious things out there for you to be troubled with...

...right?

I will pick it up today, along with Tappingo 2. I will then post my impressions.

I will comment in this thread, never being able to find it again.

I just got an email telling me that since I backed Mighty No 9 I receive a Mighty Gunvolt code as a gift. Cool stuff.

I will comment in this thread, never being able to find it again.

I'm not far from 100%ing this, and I haven't had to pull out the stylus once, let alone have it at the ready. They're big buttons on the touch screen, easy enough to reach with a thumb if / when you need them.

Are you trying to complete all the challenges and get the best ranks? I didn't bother trying for most of them (I did get the best ending and complete the special missions, though).

Will we get the review this week? I'm not sure if this game is worth the 15 bucks so I'm really looking forward to read it.

And I have to say, IMO there's no better way to review a game than by 100%ing it.

Check out my super awesome Super Mario Maker levels.

Am I trying? Yes. Beyond that...well...

I should have it done by the end of the weekend. I'm working on the X3 review as we speak, and then I'll move on to Gunvolt. Which will be my last review for Nintendo Life. What a way to go out, though, huh?

We never really interacted but I always enjoyed how involved you were with the NintendoLife community. Thank you for all the hard work. You will be missed.

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

Kolzig

It is so strange that they have only released this in USA and not in Europe at all and they are already giving out free North American codes to the Mighty number 9 Kickstarter backers. As I'm European what in earth do I need the American code for, give me the European code... The devs really are not nice to their international backers...

Whoa! Sad.

Will you just do reviews on your site now, or somewhere else? If you can't say yet, be sure to let me know.

That means a lot! Thank you. If we've never interacted it must have just been the way the chips fell. I certainly recognize you and you'll be one of many missed faces.

Just my own site for now, but I do have some other things I'll be exploring. We'll see. Anything I end up doing will be posted to Noiseless Chatter, but for now that — and a handful of NC-branded projects — will be my focus. Keep in touch!
