@Ralizah How difficult is Pictobits? Is it worth the Club Nintendo coins?
Depends. Early stages are pretty easy, but they quickly become brutal later on. You can also "buy" harder versions of the stages called Dark Stages using coins you've collected in-game. The dark versions of later levels are probably some of the hardest stages I've ever seen in a video game.
It's never unfair, though. The game is worth whatever it costs on Club Nintendo and, aside from Shantae: Risky's Revenge, is perhaps the best thing to come out of the DSi shop.
Currently Playing: Metroid Prime 4: Beyond (NS2); Corpse Factory (PC)
I wrote a review of it! I quite enjoyed it, it can get a tad monotonous if you play it for hours at a time, though; so my one suggestion is to play it in short sessions.
I like puzzle games but when I saw some pictures of this game a while ago, I decided not to buy it. But I'm hoping to see more who play it so I can maybe decide whether to spend time on it or not.
I like it a lot. A lot of content (100+ levels) for a pretty cheap price. You can check out my review on my review blog. I have it linked in my signature!
so this game does not have a level editor? wtf?!
100 level seems rather small. not sure if it's worth for me then. maybe i will wait for a sale
A level editor would have meant a delayed and more expensive game. For the budget price of $2.99 there is plenty of good fun here that is well worth it.

It's only 3 cents per level. Getting this game should be a no-brainer for any puzzle fan.
The only thing I don't like about the game is you can play it with the buttons, yet you can't access the levels with the buttons and have to use the touchscreen for that. Also, it would have been nice if there were some kind of sound effects for your actions to make you feel more connected to the gameplay.
I've enjoyed the game (love the developer), but I've found it very easy for the most part. Several levels are only made difficult because the the squares have to be smaller to cram the puzzle on the touch screen. Some of the later levels take more time, but I wouldn't really call them difficult.
Still, it's a unique puzzle game and at the price I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoys puzzles like Picross (though it is not a Picross clone).
A person without a sense of humor is like a wagon without springs. It's jolted by every pebble on the road.
got the game now for 2€. really cool, but i have some issues:
-no zooming function: the bigger levels really need that. i get headaches from looking so close at the screen
-music gets repetetive very fast and there is one track that i absoloutly hate. but every puzzle game i know has this problem
-no editor. i hope they will make a sequel with this feature!
