Ive decided against remodeling my town hall you dont get anything extra and i just love the original hall save my bells i think

Is that one of the town projects?

How much are Jacob's Ladders worth?
Tip: Jacob's Ladders appear as long as you have a perfect town rating so everyday you have perfect town another will appear, and eventually there will be tons of them
