According to rumours, the next one will come with two RE movies whoose names start with "D" (I can't remember the whole name for either) and a game called RE Downfall (to do the "3D" thing that KH did). You'll play as Claire in between the events of RE5 and 6.
I've seen several complaints about the swimming controls. Why?
If it's because the controls aren't inverted (which is how I play), go to Options > Controls and it will be the last one on Page 3. I don't remember seeing it when I first started Campaign, but I think it appears when you get to the first swimming stage.
Jessica is officially the hottest RE character in the franchise....Too bad her character was bland and uninteresting, and that outfit? Hotness aside, completely riDUCKulous considering the cold weather
We didn't really learn much about Jessica in Resident Evil Revelations. Hope the next game has more of her.
There are some spots in the story that are bothering me.
SPOILERS The big reveal at the end of the closing credits unhinged a lot of the game. I did want closure with Jessica, I'm grateful for that. My problem is with Raymond. So he's a double double agent working with Jessica and Morgan? OK, but now so much of what he does throughout the course of the game makes little or no sense to me.
Raymond tells Parker something to make him doubt Jessica's loyalty. Why? They're in it together and exposing her part in this wouldn't help him at all unless he was planning on double crossing her, which by the ending sequence you'll know he obviously wasn't.
Raymond confronts Jessica on the bridge. This part seems dumb for a lot of reasons. Why does Raymond show up after going to the trouble of faking his death? Why don't they kill Parker together on the bridge? They don't need him for anything. I do understand why Raymond saves Parker later on--he owes him one. But that entire bridge scene makes no sense after you see the ending credits.
O'brian tells us that it was Raymond's idea to create this elaborate Veltro hoax in order to expose Morgan Lansdale's partnership with Jack Norman. But the ending reveals he's apparently just after a sample of the T-Abyss virus. Morgan was the source of the virus, and Jessica and Raymond both knew this and worked together with him. Why go to all this trouble for something they already had access to? Jessica and Raymond's conversation at the end of the game makes it sound like they didn't want Morgan to get caught either, so Raymond's part in the game makes even less sense. END SPOILERS
I think they could have changed the language a little at the end to help it all make more sense.
SPOILERS The ending could have shown us Raymond and Jessica forming a new alliance for the next game instead of giving you the impression that they were working together the whole time in Revelations.
Basically in a nutshell, at least for me...I found it to be one contrived, confusing and messy unintersting plot.....The plot twists were unrealistic and ridiculous involving Conan Obrien's anime-fied handsome long lost brother Raymond.lol The twists felt like they were just there to suprise and shock, for the gamer in mind regardless of how wonky they were, to actually go that far?....I mean really? Talk about over the top dramatics.lol
More Spoilers I think the most ridiculous over the top moment in Revelations for me was having Jill not notice the Chris Redfield mannequin wasn't a real person--even at a distance mannequins don't look that lifelike, unless they're Kim Cattrall.
Rachel's fate video as seen here competely blows away every single cut scene in Revelations, I'm still baffled that it actually didn't make it in the game, it's incredibly well done and makes the stuff in Revelations kind of seem a bit mediocre and not on the same level of quality in comparison.... idk if ne of u guys still play often, but i do. i dont kno many ppl to network with here n my area, so i need ppl who play still to add me. let me kno if u do so i can add u back. im asking u to add first cuz i dont wanna add ne1 who's not interested n playin. btw. i loved the storyline to this game. i wish the multiplayer was like the old duke nukem 3d where both players can co-op thru the campain. that would be awesome. sounds like something cool to do with my 10 year old son. but the raid mode on it works just fine. i have no complaints besides not bn able to audibly comunicate with ur partner who happens to b halfway around the world.
also, i have heard ppl's charachtars say stuff like "thanks," but have no idea how to make em do it myself. or is it automatic when the game thinks u saved them or sumthin? i cant figure that 1 out.
