Indeed. Although BL can be used for most of the people on my list, for some it isn't possible.

I believe the list is so long now that it will be by request only if you want to add someone. I don't want to have to delete anyone just to add someone at a later date.
Don't be upset if you don't get a responce from one of the editors or moderators. I'm sure besides being very busy and everyone wanting their friend codes it would be impossible to add everyone.
