For the month of March, we've been looking back daily and highlighting a 3DS or Wii U eShop game in our eShop Countdown series before those stores close for new purchases.
Well, today — 27th March 2023 — is the end of the line. The stores will close for business in a matter of hours, so it's time to bid them adieu and look back one last time at the 31 titles (plus a cheeky few extras) we've showcased over the last month or so.
At the time of writing, there's still time to dip in and make some last-minute purchases with various games on sale (Capcom, in particular, has discounted some of its biggest games in North America), but before the final curtain falls we're taking this opportunity to showcase our personal picks from the last month.
In no particular order, we looked at *deep breath*...

A fine and varied bunch of games, we're sure you'd agree. The North American 3DS and Wii U eShops will be closing today at 5:00 PM PT / 8:00 PM ET according to Nintendo. This translates to 1:00 AM BST / 2:00 AM CET (on Tue 28th March) in Europe.
There are a great many more we could have highlighted — you can find a bunch more recommendations in our larger round-up lists:
