Well I'm only on my fourth gym badge (well going to get it) so I can't check my IV's but i have over 300 Pokemon and etc so i dunno :S

Feebas... I have a 5 iv timid male with HP, def, spark, spdef, and speed. I can try and get a different one and breed something sweet too if that suits you

@KeybladeMasterM will hatch any of the poke bank pokemon but will tell you what to put on your team but I'm working on making a high IV Chimchar right now with HA

I have a milotic... Maybe I would trade it for an unown and the item that evolves porygon the first time (dubious disk? Or the other disk... Don't remember)? But that's potentially a lot of work if you don't have the BP.
