I'm still sitting here waiting for the Dark Suit from Prime Echoes.

Ugh, as much as I want this, I've already got several statues preordered: Felicia from Darkstalkers, the Great Mighty Poo from Conker's Bad Fur Day, and Amy Rose from the Sonic series (all the Definitive Versions, too).

The issue isn't so much lack of money as it is lack of space in my house. I've got no room left in my bedroom, so it will have to all go into the playroom in my basement. And even that is running out of room, as well.

That being said, I would love for them to do another version of Zero Suit Samus. I was not necessarily keen on their design for their last one (which has long since been out of stock). Her facial design is especially off-putting, since it is not the anime-like design that she has in the games and related media.

I'd like to see them make one that's closer to her design in Metroid Prime 3 or Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Heck, I'd even be okay with her design from Metroid: Other M or Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/Wii U and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

And, of course, I am still waiting for them to make one of Krystal from Star Fox; specifically, one in her outfit from Assault. While a lot of depictions have her in her tribal outfit from Adventures, I much prefer her outfit from Assault. But I'll take either.

I don't think things like these should be manufactured, or at the very least their creators should have to pay enormous environmental taxes.

I have a few of their massive resin statues but the PVC ones get all the display space.

I love that ugly suit. The wheelie shoulders, the brown coloring, it all looked so ridiculous but I loved it. Also the light suit was sick

@LikelySatan it is definitely a really amazing one.
And I think one of the reasons is that the gameplay back then was ahead of its time in many ways.
Hope they do an equally great job with 2 & 3, I'm ready!

Back on topic, Amiibo size is big enough for me, I can't imagine the kilos of dust such a bigger detailed figurine must hold.

@FatBeverly Now for the sake of our environment, I can think of many other things that shouldn't be allowed before reaching this 11' figurine.
Plus counting how many of them will be made, that's not even serious to bring this up here. Imo.

@Yalloo If you invest in display cases it isn’t that bad dust wise. And given the cost of statues and figures its a no brainer. I also keep many collectables in box still.

@FatBeverly This really isn't going to impact anything. These figures range from low 100's to high 700's. These types of collectable are for a very small and niche audience.

That's a very small group compared to average cheap figure which is about 15$ and is manufactured by the thousands.

The average gamer is more likely to buy a new phone, tv, game system than invest in these figures at that price point. The audience is very small.

@FatBeverly I feel the same way about people living in regions that get cold and run heat, or people who live in hot regions and run AC.

@FatBeverly I am certainly part of the problem but nothing wrong with being conscientious. If no one cares then nothing changes. If people care things can improve slowly but surely. Not sure why people are taking swings at you for that.

Metroid figures will never be ballin

Already have my awesome metroid dread figma coming soon so can't justify it.

I have the resin statue of this already. Wish they made a different suit instead. The resin one has her head slightly turned and is larger, but besides that the base and pose are identical.
