Project X Zone 2 will be among a glut of promising releases in early 2016, and will also be relatively unique among the crowded batch of arrivals. The RPG will once again mash up Capcom, SEGA and Bandai Namco franchises, and this time will throw in a bit of Xenoblade Chronicles and Fire Emblem for good measure. If any game is a representation of a six year old after drinking a litre of cola, this is it.

The good news is that we'll have a little less of a wait before it arrives. In Europe the release date has been brought forward a week to 12th February, now sneaking out before the equivalent arrival in North America (16th February). Also, a demo will hit the EU eShop on 21st January, while it'll also come to North America in the same month.

It'll be fun to sample the madness before taking the plunge; you can get a taste for what this one will offer in the new trailer below.
