Monster Hunter Executive Producer, Ryozo Tsujimoto, To Appear At London Community Event

Posted by Thomas Whitehead

On the hunt

While keen Monster Hunter fans can still meet on the Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate Wii U servers to take on some enormous beasts, Capcom continues to host regular community events in London to celebrate the title. It's the local multiplayer of the 3DS version that gets an airing at these events, while there are often contests and prizes for those that attend.

The next event on 26th February promises to be one of the most special yet, with series executive producer Ryozo Tsujimoto confirmed to be attending, no doubt in part to celebrate the recent confirmation that Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate is coming to the 3DS in Europe and North America in early 2015.

This time when the guild hall doors open at the European CAPCOM HQ there will be no surprises…. Why? Because this is something I cannot keep a secret! It’s just too awesome and too BIG!

The Executive producer of monster hunter Mr. Ryozo Tsujimoto will be joining us!!!

That’s right! You saw that correctly! Ryozo will be our special guest!

Want to show off your awesome cosplay, fan art, something you want signed by the true G rank hunter or anything Monster Hunter related? This would be it!

If you're interesting in attending you can sign up at the link below. Are you keen to attend and meet the master Monster Hunter himself?

Capcom these days.....

Monsters Hunter, Monster Huner, MORE Monster Hunter...
This franchise is what's actually keeping them alive. Maybe they should take a break from these BIG giant games and start doing smaller projects.. ala classic mega man(9 was a total success in sales), Ghosts 'n Goblins, Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers, Gargoyle's Quest, Little Nemo the Dream Master, and possibly bringing back Dino Crisis, Power Stone, Viewtiful Joe and rebooting Resident Evil.

Capcom been awful for the past 3-4 years. There's nothing interesting coming out of them....Instead, make way for more Monster Hunter, Dead rising(ugh), sell out watered down Westernized crappy Resident evil sequel, predictable Street Fighter: Super mega Turbo Toe nail confetti edition, rinse repeat. I hate to say it, but they're practically dead to me. Mega Man 9 and Zack & Wiki were two of the most amazing games i played last generataion, and this was in 2008. :P

And because no one would know who that guy is in the first place anyway.

Maybe he can confirm Monster Hunter Frontier for Wii U in North America and Europe for this year so I have something to play on my Wii U until X is released.

@Hy8ogen I don't think Wii U will get MH4... My guess is they will do this like they did in Japan. MH4 goes to 3DS and Wii U will get frontier..... I'm all for trying out Frontier. It fixes all my complaints about MH3U

@WaveBoy Play monster hunter. It is a good game. Capcom doesn't exactly have the cash to throw around on something that might not sell. Oh and Chip and Dale is disney.

But capcom does have the cash to do something as little as an 8-bit mega man 11 sequel. They just don't have it in them, seeing as how Inafune is gone and all...
