Two Tribes Considering More Wii U eShop Releases

Two Tribes is currently working on finalising Toki Tori 2 for release on the Wii U eShop, but has been busy on Twitter hinting at more projects and releases that it's planning for the new system. On the cards are two existing PC/Mac/Smartphone titles, while the same thread of tweets also floated the idea of a "co-op centric puzzle game in a 2D Toki Tori-like world". Considering the range of tweets were focused on Wii U games and control options, we'd like to assume that Nintendo's platform is in the running for this potential new game, too.
In terms of the two titles in-line for a potential port to Wii U, these are EDGE, in which you navigate a cube through various challenging environments, and RUSH — the latter actually appeared in an early form as Rubik's Puzzle Galaxy: RUSH on WiiWare. Both titles are available on PC via Steam, while EDGE has appeared on smartphones.
Now that Toki Tori 2 is in the final stages it's time to look ahead. We're thinking of bringing our cube games EDGE and RUSH to Wii U too.

Some winking emoticons were also used to suggest that Two Tribes may go for fairly low prices, perhaps to match PC equivalents, while RUSH could see a greater focus on the GamePad screen at the expense of the TV.
For RUSH we may end up making the TV the optional display, instead of the other way around which a lot of games are doing.

It seems as if Two Tribes is rather keen to be on board with the Wii U eShop, which is positive news. What do you think about the two proposed ports, as well as the idea of a new puzzle title from the developer? Let us know in the comments below.

The RUSH game on WiiWare's great. I'd love to play some more levels on the 3DS. EDGE also looks like a game i'd prefer to play on a handheld.

They are great I will definitely buy toki tori, but stop relying on remakes and blocks.

High-quality, low-price Wii U eShop games? Yes. EDGE in particular looks intriguing. (But also what @erv said: New stuff please! But I get you want to suck as much coin out of the developed projects.... just as long as said coin is re-invested back into unique ideas)
