So I finally gained enough points to get a download code with the Digital Deluxe Promotin, but the code doesn't work. I've entered it on both WiiU and 3DS, and it tells me the code is unrecognized every time. Any ideas why?

I'm in Canada, and when I sent an email I got a reply saying to call regarding this issue. Calling just brought me to a guy who made me run through the most basic things, like entering the code again, making sure I was putting it in right, making use I was on the right Eshop page to do it, making sure my system was updated, etc... and then said I should try it some more times and call back. Useless.
At that was a few days ago, but now the Eshop is down there's no point calling again just yet
Same with me, it's really frustrating. It's been 8 days I'm trying to redeem my code and it doesn't work. Funny thing is that I've used two other codes a couple days before getting the new one and they worked just fine. Seems the problem started to happen around the 20th of December and hasn't been fixed yet. Nintendo is taking so long to fix some issues, really disappointing.
EDIT: the code finally worked for me. I tried to redeem about 30 minutes after writing the original message. Hope it's working for you guys too!
