Nintendo, I don't ask much of you but... PLEASE BRING SUPER MARIO 64 TO THE WII U VC!
You can already purchase Super Mario 64 on the Wii U through the Wii Channel. If you're wanting Gamepad support/Off TV Play, you're going to just have to wait for that because they're only starting off with offering those for NES/SNES unfortunately.

I agree though I would specifically ask for Gimmick! the version that's in english and still has that amazing soundtrack.

I have noticed in the Nintendo Direct video earlier today that Super Mario World will be available as will Super Mario Bros. 2 (US version) Also they said N64 games will be available as well.
Earthbound is my no. 1 choice. SMW and ALttP are classics, but I've played them many times. I skipped the N64, so I'm interested in trying some of those when they come out - Majora's Mask, Conkers Bad Fur Day, Diddy Kart Racing, Starfox 64...

Hopefully a good amount, if not all, NES/SNES games already available since that is what they are working with first. N64, GBA, etc. aren't happening until sometime in the future.

Conker's Bad Fur Day and Diddy Kong Racing will not be coming to the Wii U VC.
The list of stuff I want is huge, but I am primarily looking forward to GameCube titles. I didn't own one (my brother did) so I missed out on:
Super Mario Sunshine
Mario Kart Double Dash
Legend of Zelda Wind Waker
and many more, but those three are key. Oh, and Mother 2.

Even if they released the Japanese version, I think the only text in that was the title screen. Though the JP version gave you fewer lives, making it even harder to finish the game without using a continue (one of the criteria to properly finish the game).
Can't wait to play VC games like Super Mario World, will be worth paying a $1 or $1.50 since I already own it on Wii VC as well as GBA. I remember in the GBA version, i had played soooo darn much of it that i got all of my high score's digits to be 9's (strangely, the last one would stay a 0). I actually like the graphics of the SNES version better, the colors are better looking.Hopefully this will be one of the first VC games offered next week.

Nintendo Network : Popcorn
3ds FC: 2621-2651-7547
Animal Crossing New Leaf Fruit: Pear
I'm guessing the top list is for games coming out on the day the VC is released, and the bottom list is games that have been announced and will eventually be released?

yeah that i was puzzled by as well? Also Earthbound is listed, hopefully these are all Day 1 releases, but it was stated that Earthbound would be released later in the year?
I'm hoping to see Yoshi's Island...I mean its great that some of us have the GBA version on the #DS VC...but, I say the original is still better.
What are the differences between that and the GBA version, I don't think i ever played that game in my young childhood on the SNES, just Super Mario World.
Does it have better colors than the GBA version like Super Mario World?
