Earlier this year the Medabots RPG game for GBA was rated for the virtual console in Australia and now Medabots AX a GBA spin-off fighting game similar to Smash Bros. has also been rated.
While some games get rated and nothing really happens a lot of upcoming virtual console games have been leaked from Australia's rating board lately so maybe this a sign of releases to come! Medabots was an anime and that is what its mostly known for but the video game series was long established and running before the show. Medabots: An RPG Adventure is actually a remake of the second game on the gameboy released only in Japan. The series is still going in Japan with two main series entries already on the 3DS, so it makes sense to keep the revival going on a smaller scale in NA and test the waters with a VC release.
Anyone else excited? Hopefully this rumor becomes reality!
