Just kidding. Actually it's a tie between Mario Galaxy 2 and Metroid : Other M.

Best anticipated game 2010? There isn't a best game because none of them are out yet.

Games I am looking forward to are Metroid Other M, Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, No More Heroes 2, Arc Rise Fantasia, Monster Hunter 3
