So how did the end of the free game for the internet channel and the Sega sales influence the list?

First we have three new games. Donkey Kong Country, Sonic The Hedgehog and Mario Kart 64. So only one Sega game made the list thanks to the sales. With three new games, we say goodbye too:

• A Boy And His Blob: Trouble on Blobolonia (13 last week)
• Blades of Steel (16 last week)
• Castlevania (20 last week)

So three NES games are leaving the list at the moment.

The N64 Zelda's are doing very good. Ocarina of Time is our biggest climber with five spots from 14 to 9 and Majora's Mask climbs four spots from 12 to 8. Our notable climbers are A Link to the Past with three spots from 16 to 13.

The NES Zelda's aren't doing so well. Zelda II is our biggest dropper with five spots from 15 to 20. While The Legend of Zelda only falls two spots from 8 to 10. Other big droppers are Sonic the Hedgehog with four spots from 10 to 14. Probably because the SEGA sales is finished. Kirby's Adventures also drops four spots from 13 to 17.

Only one new game. Street Fighter Alpha 2. Which came out last week. New live for the VC, it has been a while since a new VC game entered the list after one week (it's been a while since we got a decent VC game in Europe). Because of this new entry, we say goodbye to: Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble (18 last week).

We see a major climber. Sonic The Hedgehog. It was dropping hard the last two weeks, but it is now our biggest climber with 7 spots from 19 to 12. Maybe it has something to do with the announcement of the upcoming 2D Sonic game, or maybe the announcement of Sonic & Knuckles future VC release. Also Kirby's Adventure is doing good with a four spots climb from 15 to 11.

Biggest droppers are Donkey Kong with five spots from 12 to 17 and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past with five spots from 13 to 18.

Sonic & Knuckles is our only new entry and it replaces Street Fighter Alpha 2 (12 last week).

Biggest climber is Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest with six spots from 19 to 13. Also doing very well is Super Smash Bros. with five spots from 20 to 15. Mario Kart 64 and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, both climbs four spots to 10 and 11.

Biggest droppers are Donkey Kong and The Legend of Zelda both with 7 spots. With that, Zelda drops to 17 while Donkey Kong almost falls of the list at number 20. Other notable dropper is Pac-Man with five spots from 7, out of the the top 10 to 12.

The Hanabi Festival kicked of last week and only one of the two games made the list. Lode Runner enters at number 20 and pushes Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars (19 last week) out of the list.

Super Mario World and Super Mario 64 are still batteling for the third spot of the VC list and this week Super Mario World wins that fight.

One newcomer this week, Castlevania: Rondo of Blood makes a big impact when entering at number 4. This means the end for Paper Mario which was 19 last week.

The biggest climber is Lode Runner with four spots from 20 to 16. Kirby's Adventure also climbs with three spots from 9 to 6.

The biggest dropper is The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time with seven spots from 12 to 19. I find it curious that many people consider TLoZ: OoT the best in the serie, yet Majora's Mask has always been above it. Another big dropper is Super Mario 64 with five spots from 4 to 9. Last week it was fighting with Super Mario World for a spot in the top 3, but Super Mario World appears to have that battle.
