So my 1 GB SD card is full of WiiWare and VC games. Now I bought a new one, copied the content of the old card to my PC and then back to the new card. I put it back in the Wii and I can see all the little covers and the games. Only problem is that some of them won't start. But others do. For example. Aha! I Got It! works perfectly including the saves.

But Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney don't work. A window pops up saying: "This Channel could not be launched. Manage your Wii System Memory to Launch this Channel." Then I can choose for Auto Manage and Use Data Management. But I don't understand what to do because it asks me to copy games that are currently on my Wii Memory.

Some help please. How can I copy all my games from one SD game to new one.

your card may have been corrupted... it happens. Try reformatting the card and re-copying all the information back onto it from your computer?

I doubt it's corrupt. I used it before in my camera without problems and like I said, some games work, some don't. I tried to format it and copy the games back, but still the same problems.

How many blocks are left in your Wii System Memory? To launch from an SD Card, it temporarily uses the Wii System Memory space. If you don't have enough space for a game it won't play it. Try deleting some stuff off your Wii System Memory equal to the amount of blocks that the game's channel takes up.

Ah, that was the problem. Now I understand why it wanted me to move stuff on the SD card. Problem solved. Thanks everyone.
