Topic: Does anyone know if this will work? (For japanese wii)

Hi, everyone i was wondering if i i could use this on my japanese wii it says it compatable with the wii but im not sure Need help thanks!

Sorry I don't see where that says it's compatible with Wii. Reading the Japanese text it says it's a Nintendo Prepaid Card and given the value is in Yen rather than Nintendo Points, I think it's safe to say it's for Wii U or 3DS, NOT Wii.

I just tested this and it works so for anyone who having trouble it works!.

I wasn't sure if they were doing a combined card in Japan that's good for points and eShop credit or not, so I'm not surprised. My debit card works with the japanese Wii shop so I've not used download codes since the beginning.

Even in Japan they got the new cards to work on the old systems. This hasn't been implemented in North America, very likely to the Mexican Peso instability.
