So frustrated. Had my wii u preorder since 18th september, i emailed zavvi today to enquire when its likely to be delivered. go this reply :

I'm really sorry to let you know that we've had to cancel your order for Wii U Console: 32GB Nintendo Land Premium Pack - Black [Wii-U Hardware] because our suppliers were unable to provide it.

I understand how disappointing this must be and we have tried other suppliers, however we haven't had any luck. We'll be taking the item off our website.

Don't worry, we haven't charged you for the order.

what a joke over two months waiting. preordered 5 days after it was announced and two days before release this.

Last time I checked, Tesco still have the Basic model and the Premium model w/ NintendoLand for preorder and will dispatch within 1-2 days.

So just an update, just had an email from Zaavi, saying the order has shipped. This is the same order which was cancelled a couple of hours ago. All very strange. Money has left my account so a nice shiny box had better arrive by Friday. £274 32gb Deluxe with Wii U, plus £20 worth of vouchers.

I used them to order Far Cry 3 on my ps3 (i had a £30 off voucher) and my order was cancelled...then charged!
Its out for delivery today so should get it tmz or friday!

My WiiU is from GAME but im walking into the store Friday to get it

Hey @Hyrule I preordered my Wii U from Zavvi also mine was shipped out today but I wouldn't get your hopes up about it being delivered on Friday.
I reckon it will be nearer Monday as it says it takes between 2 and 5 days

How you get £20 worth of vouchers? My Zombi U bundle was dispatched a few hours ago from zavvi. DPD (courier) sent me a email saying there delivering it tomorrow. But I never saw anything about £20 vouchers.

Mine does not say what time it will be coming. It just says it will be delivered tomorrow (29th). They give me a option to leave with a neighbor or arrange another day for them to deliver it.

Yeah same as Im a bit shocked were getting it a day early but over the moon if it does

I got the same message, so I called DPD up this morning and they said they hadn't received the parcel yet and that, at the earliest, it would be delivered on Friday. This is despite the fact they they sent an email stating it would be delivered on Thursday and that someone would need to be home to receive it! It's a good thing I called before hand.

Yeah im not expecting it today to be honest delivery status hasnt changed. As for the £20 worth of vouchers its in the original email from zavvi, which encouraged people to keep their preorders. I've emailed them to confirm they will honour this once the Wii U is shipped and so far so good.

Just got off the phone with Zavvi. Apparently, because the system isn't out until tomorrow, they are not updating any of the shipping details until tomorrow morning when they all go out for delivery. At that point, they'll set up an hour slot to arrive within. There's still hope to get it on launch day!

I got a reply from Zavvi this morning saying 'This was sent to you on 30.11.12 and delivery is usually made within 3-5 working days.' what this person didn't do is seem to check my status as its not changed since September and I've checked my bank account and no money has been taken. Also in the reply, 'If you haven't received it by "14.11.12" please do let us know so that we can investigate this for you.' I knew it would be a risk signing up to Zavvi, but it was a good deal and sure be worth the wait.

@ nes 64 Zavvi are awful tbh. going with amazon from now on. if yours hasnt shipped yet cancel and buy elsewhere.

That might be a good idea. Oh Zavvi do you not want my money!
