How about simply marketing the system better? I worked in electronics tonight and so many people had questions about what the heck the Wii U even was. "Is this a new portable system?" , "So if I already have a Wii, I don't need one right?", "Is this just an add-on?" . I know some of you will flame me, but hearing so many people in the general public say things like this really makes me think the Wii U is gonna have a rough time. Keep in mind that everyone wanted a Wii when it first came out, not just the Nintendo faithful. The Wii U just does not seem to be "clicking" with people like the Wii did.

I guess it also doesn't help that the Wii U station only has one playable demo. Why not have actual demos, not just video, of NSMBU and Nintendo Land?

If you're supposed to be selling it to them, them DO IT BETTER.

LOL, seriously? Nintendo's job is to sell people on their new console. They are the ones who should be building hype and interest in their new console. I'm not a commisioned salesman. I will certainly answer any questions the customers have about it, but beyond that I have no obligation to push the Wii U on customers.

I've talked to two of my co-workers about the Wii U. One knew what it was, the other thought it was a portable Wii. And they're both gamers, although probably would be considered casual gamers.
