Any idea why a USB Flash Drive would need 4 hours to install the new Zelda game? I plugged the drive in for the first time today, purchased the digital download and for some reason it didn't even prompt to save it on the Flash Drive. I have extremely fast internet, but it took 5 hours to download to the drive. Then another 4 hours to install it? Finally, I get the chance to play it and it needs another 45 minutes to download the latest content. Seriously messed up if this is the case. Anybody else have this happen to them before?
I wouldn't recommend using a Flash Drive for the Wii U. They are usually cheap for a reason. Flash drives tend to die a lot quicker than other storage options, they are not meant for constant read/write.
I would advise in buying a external HDD. Second hand should be fine if you want to cut cost.
