I imagine that ABXY are just wiggling against the sides if their holes.

This is a signature.
I mentioned signatures, which makes this a meta-signature,
A meta-signature mentioning meta-signatures is a meta-meta-signature.
Hence, this signature is infinitely meta. Does Meta-Knight have a self-awareness of his own name?

It is the stylus slot, that is why it sounds like the buttons to everyone. If you take the stylus and move it around in that slot you will hear it. Its not the buttons or the gyro.

No, it's the ABXY buttons. You put it upside down and put some slight pressure on those buttons with your hand and it stops.

Damn it. I never really noticed the rattling sound until I saw this thread and now I can't stop noticing.

yeah mine does too, but hopefully it's not a problem.

Currently playing: Fire Emblem: Awakening.
Current backlog: Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch (part way through) and the Unfinished Swan (unplayed).

THANKS FOR THIS POST! What a relief... On launch day my 6 year old daughter hit the gamepad screen quite hard after celebrating a win in Mario Chase, after that is when i noticed "the rattle" and thought it was her who created it.lol

Malic is right... it's the stylus.. At least on my system. Not a big deal.

Anyone else experiencing a rattling sound if you gently shake the Gamepad? Sounds like something is loose but everything appears to be working correctly.

It's your ABXY and R buttons. They're a tad loose like mine are. Nothing to worry about.

You have a Wii U Cactus? I thought you were going to wait for Animal Crossing Wii U?

I'm always waiting for Animal Crossing Ryno. We've been over this. :P

But I caved. I figured it would never drop in price and getting one now not only saves me a headache later, but gives me a breathe of fresh air. Or in other words, my PlayStation 3 is boring now. lol
