I did a google search for my error code and got nowhere. I tried nintendo and all I got was the number to call them for assistance. This all occured as I was transferring content from one drive to a new drive for the Wii U. I did some troubleshooting and narrowed it down to the Hulu App. It refused to be moved and gave me the error code.(netflix moved successfully) I was able to transfer all my games and such over to the new one except for the hulu app. Luckily it's just an app and can be redownloaded. I feel we should list our error codes here that aren't resolvable through a quick search and WITHOUT a call to nintendo here. Maybe sticky it if an admin would be so kind. If it requires a call to nintendo that they can resolve over the phone with you list it here please. It would be greatly appreciated.
TL:DR
Hulu was the cause. Refused to move and made my system error out. Copying it was also unsuccessful. Solution: redownload it.

Hilariously enough, I just had the exact same error, came Googling for this, and yep, it was Hulu. It had seemed a little sluggish since I moved it to the hard drive so I was trying to move it back to my internal memory along with Netflix and Amazon. Deleted it and reinstalled, all is well!
