When you first start Wii Fit U or after a goal has expired, you have the option to set your weight change and how long to do it.
You can't change it except in one case. But I forgot when. Either it's one week after you set your goal, halfway through your "challenge", or one week before your goal expires. Then you get the option to change it.

Ok, so "goal" is the name! I'm using Wii Fit U in Spanish and I didn't know exactly how they translated "reto". Thank you for your answer!
