you dont unplug from wall. hold the power button down. i havent had a freeze in months and play daily. but they fixed the power off in the spring update/ just hold the power button.

Need for Speed hardlocked last night with massive horn of doom through headphones. Not good. Never had a single one in Nintendoland or Batman but had at least ten in NFS.

I doubt it'll ever get fixed either.

Yet again customer support has told me to update software and unplug from the wall. Wow, they just don't get it!! I sound like a broken record, relating the same info to them over and over. Issue started with the new software update and I unplugged before I even contacted Nintendo. Neither of these things help. Way to go Nintendo!
