2. Make a pill that makes people immortal
3. Make Miyamoto immortal

1: Crossover with Marvel and DC, made by Intelligent Systems
2: Create a new line of games starring Wario, with the beautiful hand drawn animation in Shake It, but have him interact with characters he doesn't normally see, like Zelda, Shulk, Captain Falcon, etc.
3: Consolidate Virtual Console stores, and have something from every piece of hardware available, from console to handheld.

Some others would be to look closely at the competition next gen and try to make it so stuff can be ported easily structure wise. Maybe buy Sonic and Megaman if that is possible or worthwhile.

Retire Miyamoto and his buddies (aounuma, sakamoto, tezuka). Hire somebody that can actually manage many projects and can delegate jobs as well as put people that actually cares about the franchises they are in charge (not because he/she made puppets in college), wouldn't have online aversion, would treat 2D Mario with the respect it deserves, wouldn't have a huge ego and wouldn't blame customers if their games or concepts doesn't succeed.
