Topic: Gamepad screen lagging

I am writing on behalf of my 12 yr old, he has expressed a concern that the screen on his gamepad is lagging. very visible when scrolling around looking at the mii's on the screen when zoomed in.
I have tried removing the battery but cant find anything on the internet about it.
Yours hopefully frustrated Dad.

Unfortunately there's nothing much we can do for you. The forum users on here can offer opinions, tips and such but that's all they are. We can't guarantee what we say will work or possibly make things worse. You can always look to Nintendo's support site for assistance. That being said, have you tried:

1) removing gamepad battery AND unplugging the power for the Wii U for a minute or 2(estimate)
2) resynchronize the gamepad?
3)Use Nintendo Warranty(if still valid) to get the gamepad repaired?

I did try to get on to nintendo forum but having problems loggin in.
I have tried the battery removal but no improvements.
I will try their forum again

@bigal1968 some electricals will interfere with the Wii U pad to Wii U system.
I had the same problem when my Xbox One was switched on at the same time.
Try switching off electricals which omit Wi Fi or other signals when playing the Wii U.
Hope that's some help.

What else do you have plugged up, or next to TV and Wii U ?
