It's possible, since they had a dedicated audience on the Wii apparently. I wouldn't count on them releasing it on anything but the 360 or PS3, though.
KoF XIII was also, release for the PC. So anything is possible.
How does releasing on the PC nowadays make it any more hopeful that it'll come to the Wii U? It's not like Street Fighter IV and Guilty Gear didn't do the same thing before...
I meant that SNK rarely release games on PC.
All the Arcade versions run on PC's (And Windows). No sensible reason for them to have ever not done it. (At least after Atomiswave).
I know that the Arcade versions all run on PC's, but what I mean is that the PC wouldn't be the main platform to be release on, since I doubt people would spend time building a gaming PC to play a fighting game. When they can just get the console versions.
