Topic: Batman Akrham Origins DLC Download Code Bonus Problems - Please Help

I pre-ordered Batman Arkham Origins from EB Games, and received a Download Code on my receipt for the Black Mask bonus (as well as the Deathstroke bonus inside the game case). I punched in the Deathstroke code and downloaded it no problem on Friday. I also tried to punch in the Black Mask code, but it said "Invalid Code", which made sense because I could not see the Black Mask Challenge Packs on the shop. I tried them again today, but this time it said "Code has already been used"! What the heck is going on? I never got to download my pack, and now it acts as if I already have, which would denote that I can't use it again! This is really upsetting.

Any advice? Anything at all? I'm really frustrated right now, and I'd like to know how to resolve this issue.

Complain to EB until they give you a new code
