If I switch from WiiU to PC on UPlay.com and unlock the wallpaper for 10U, will i be able to download the wallpaper/theme to my PC and use it?

I only have the WiiU version of the game.

(I'm having my own little private Assasins Creed hype cycle here ... a few years after the rest of the world)
