Topic: What do you think the 400th VC title will be?

Assuming the VC will still be supported by then.

We are currently at 393 though (North America), so it can't be too far off.

Anyway, I hope its either Star Fox or Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.

Yeah...I think Nintendo might be done doing something special for milestone numbers. I could be wring though (and I hope I am...)

If Nintendo is actually paying attention despite all the fuss over getting the 3DS Virtual Console up and running, they should do something good since it's a milestone.

Nothing. Maybe we'll get some goodies for the 500th one though! But if i had to pick, DK64. Rare said that they don't own the rights to the game. Maybe StarFox.

BK is owned by Rare, and Rare is owned by Microsoft, and Microsoft owns XBOX 360, so, it's never gonna happen.

They could release Yoshi's Island if they stopped being lazy and rewrote some of the code to use the GBA version's substitute for the Super FX Chip, so my money's on that. Well, technically I'm getting the GBA version for free, so there's no money involved.

Yeah, but this is all assuming Argonaut Games still owns the rights to the chip. It never had anything to do with the Wii's hardware or having trouble with the technology.

I am guessing with all the talk maybe Megaman X2.

Well lets just put it this way: this topic is irrelevant. Sure we can debate about what can't possibly make it to the VC, or how Nintendo sucks, or how we want this and that. But in the end, what Nintendo has planned, is planned. So why converse about something we all very know is going to happen for the 400th ****king time?

Maybe we'll hit 400, but at this rate I'm doubting the Wii VC will reach 500 games.

Unless they carry it over to the Wii U and just say that its the 500th VC game released and just not count what system its on.
