Topic: What Games Would Go On The N64 Mini?

I know it's disconfirmed but what games would be on a possible N64 mini? Share your thoughts below please!

Mario 64, smash 64, mario kart 64, a mario party, and Zelda OOT (maybe MM) are almost gurentees.

All the ones that people would want enough to buy an N64 Mini, but then get mad when Nintendo won’t then add them to NSO. 😉

The usuals

Starfox, Wave Race, Mario Tennis, Mario, Kirby, Donkey Kong, Pokémon Snap, Mario Kart, Mario Party, etc.

Assuming they do the 20 games thing again (I think they have to after PS1 Classic), the one's I think they need to have are:

-Mario 64
-OOT
-Majora's Mask
-Mario Kart 64
-Mario Party 2 or 3
-Super Smash Bros
-Wave Race 64
-Kirby 64
-Pokemon Snap
-Star Fox 64
-Goldeneye
-Banjo Kazooie
-A Star Wars game (probably either Shadows of the Empire or Rogue Squadron)

And you fill the rest with whatever else you got. Probably a few 3rd party games that are reasonably easy to get like Bomberman 64 or that Ms. Pacman game. But I think you need all those games listed or else it's not gonna feel complete.

They won't ever release a N64 classic because the N64 was more powerful than the Switch so it would make Nintendo look bad.

How is the Switch less powerful than its predecessor from over 20 years ago?

Not a bad game in the bunch and a good selection of titles. Will it happen? Of course not. Reggie basically said as much.

Yep, great list of games but I honestly cant imagine an N64 Mini without Goldneye64.
It just wouldnt be right.

@GeeEmm Yeah, Goldeneye needs to be there, but honestly, if it were possible to re-release it, it would've been re-released via virtual console a long time ago.
