I decided I would replay Paper Mario TYD, and I'm currently on the Pit of 100 trials. I have 20 hp, 15 FP, and 90 bp. Any strategies that would help? I really don't want to die this far in. I'm already on the 93rd floor, so it would have to have to be a badge strategy. You can also list any strategies you use/used if you beat the Pit.
Honestly, you shouldn't do the Pit until you've gotten way into the game.
... I was at level 31, I had beaten the game, finished all recipes, gotten every badge except for the ones in the pit, and completed my tattle log except for the enemies in the pit. If that's not far into the game, I don't know what is. Anyways, it doesn't matter now. Bonetail wasn't as hard as I remembered, and I beat him, only taking 8 damage. It was cool. Then, I decided to do the pit again with a different badge combo and less items [to make it harder], and on the 99th floor of that try, I died because I tried to take a badge from a wizzerd. It sucked. EDIT: Actually, it was level 33.
Whoops. I'm sorry. I only looked at the 15hp. Too many people try to beat the Pit with low HP. I'm waiting til I have enough HP and FP to endure it. That and enough badges.

Actually, there is. I'm at the max, 99 badge points, and this is how I can beat the pit with such low hp/fp. My jump does 18 damage total to an enemy with no defense, I don't have a hammer because of jumpman. I'll list my entire set up later.

My strategy was to go to the hut in the sewers that's unlocked by using Bobbery to blow up the crack by the pipe that leads to rogueport. Get the fortune teller to reduce your hp to 5 in exchange for bp. (Or FP if you want)
Go to the parlor and buy a ton of tokens and exchange them for power rushes.
Equip Power Rushes (I did 8)
Get chill out, item hog, and flower finder and equip them
Equip multibounce,
Stock up with Life shrooms.
Beat the pit of 100 trials with no problems.
*equip Power Bounce when you fight Bonetail. Two of those will do the trick
