I remember some person on another forum I read ages ago mentioned it looked like a uncircumcised penis. If that's the case, they must have seen some pretty eciply uncircumcised peinises.

It doesn't really matter at the end of the day, becuase the PAL versions run one sixth slower.

God lord, I've never noticed that.

What is it about the Mega Man games that generates such weird and wacky covers?
