Alright I was looking at a N64 here:

I will also need an adapter for either VGA or HDMI...

Also can you link me to a good website to get games off of.....

Aside from generic composite to VGA/HDMI convertors (I had one but it died after awhile, but they weren't cheap even then), I don't think you'll find any.
The console requires modding to get even RGB (and even that is only possible on certain console revisions. Earlier versions, which I'm pretty sure are found only in black consoles). I'm guessing it's not permitted to say more on that.

OMG I got the jungle green N64 when I bought it with the DK64 bundle it was amazing.
