To be fair, SE has spent the last 2 or so years "evaluating" the market for a western release of DQVII3D. Not quite sure what there is to evaluate though. DQ IX did respectably. The remakes of DQ4-6 did respectably. It can be concluded that there is a respectable audience for DQ games on Nintendo handhelds.
Phew, just saved SE all that money they were going to spend on "evaluating."
Square Enix's "evaluating" = If its not being localized for PS3 then we don't care!

Because the Rainfall operation, I don't think Nintendo is even in the top list. They localize most of their games, and the ones they don't are usually super niche
