Topic: PSN Gunstar Heroes

It suprisingly dropped on PSN update yesterday June 11. Its only 4.99 and its worth every penny of it. I didn't know it until I was playing it but it also has trophy support also. Buy this game. It rocks. Its one of Treasures best games. In my opinion the best they ever released.

Not sure cause I dont support Microsoft on game consoles lol. Im a big Sony and Nintendo fan. Cool thing about the PS3 version is it has "smoothing" option wich make the graphics awesome.

PSN's version also has online play. Too bad I already have it on VC.

I got mine on the Virtual Console as well. For those of you who don't have it yet, it is totally worth it! Especially for only $4.99!

As the saying goes, fixed. Seriously, that "smoothing" option really is HORRIBLE! I played the game with a friend who isn't what any sane person would call a "serious" or "core" gamer (she likes games a lot, but doesn't actually get to play much), and she agreed it looks INFINITELY better WITHOUT "smoothing." Pixel-perfect.

The other five games that hit on Xbox Live Arcade were all on Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection, so unless online play in Altered Beast is a HUGE turn-on for you, it ain't worth $5. Also released were Phantasy Star II, Sonic the Hedgehog 3, Shinobi, and one more I forget right now.

I have the Ultimate Collection on PS3 and love it lol. The smoothing option isn't great for every title. I do like the original pixel perfects myself. But Gunstar Heroes looks awesome with the smoothing. Im loving the game. Lovin it again.
