I need to get Just Cause 2. I've heard a lot about it, and it sounds like a lot of fun. I'm excited for JC3 since JC2 looks so good. I might get it day-one if I like 2 enough and they don't do anything that's a deal breaker with it.
the thing is you can say that just cause 2 is "repetetive", meaning that the mission structure is mostly the same, but in the end it depends on the player. the games gives you a big amount of tools and weapons. so you can be creative in how you wanna do missions and play the game.
yes the cars don't control that good but they don't control bad either. it is okay. the developers already said that just cause 3 will have better driving mechanics.
This stole the limelight away from the new Crackdown game at Microsofts very own Gamescom conference.
It looks like so much fun! I played a demo of the first game, and it was one of the most generous demos of all time, seeing as put a silly amount of hours into it ... yet I never purchased either Just Cause games. I think that will soon come to an end when Just Cause 3 is eventually out.
A small bonus for Xbox One owners; you'll be able to download Just Cause 2 for free if you buy this digitally. Although one could argue that you'd be going 'backwards' gameplay wise, but still, free is free.
@Peek-a-boo: i think a free version of just cause 2 is a pretty awesome bonus for xbox players!
i also tried the just cause 1 demo but it is nowhere near the fun of the second game. the second game is in a completely different league! you should get just cause 2. the game still is brilliant today. PC version has multiplayer btw. but i never tried that.
