Just a cool thing to think about.
This ain't science, but note the similarities. Sometimes they're uncanny.
Andrew Wilson - current chief executive officer of EA. Andrew comes from man, and Wilson from a Will, meaning desire, helmet, or protection.
The rest is Nintendo.
Shigeru Miyamoto - head of game designers (?) at Nintendo. Shigeru means luxuriant, and Miyamoto means base of the shrine. Then again, it may just mean shrine grove.
Satoru Iwata. He's the CEO of Nintendo right now. Satoru means understanding, and Iwata means stony rice paddy or something.
Reggie fils-Aime. He's Iwata's own translator, and one of the top guys in America, Reggie comes from Reginald, which means Ruler's advisor. Or ruler with counsel. Beats me what fils aime means though
Gunpei Yokoi. I don't know what his name meant. On the Wikipedia edit page they say his name meant plain army but it was irrellevant. Cannot verify
Eiji aunoma. The guy in control of Zelda right now. Eiji means second son, aunoma just means blue swamp
I don't really know what these names mean lol, just going on google.
