Topic: Anyone like Splosion Man on XBLA?

I think it is the most fun game on the service. This game is the meaning of pure platforming bliss.

I love it! It is such a great game! Everyone with a 360 should own this game!

I love it too! I just finally got a chance to download it last night and I had a blast playing it for an hour or so. I plan to give it some more time later tonight if possible.

So true WolfRamHeart. This not only is my favorite game on XBLA but maybe my favorite 360 game overall. Great, great fun. If you have a 360 there is no excuse for not downloading this game.

It only a PSPgo until the October 1st launch of the system. Then it's back to Gregg the Grim Reaper.

Sounds like a good one. Any other suggestions on the XBLA? I haven't downloaded anything yet, but I really liked the demo of whatever Pacman game they're selling...

Other than that and Mr. Splosion? What are the unmissables?

Roo Goo is a fun puzzler. And of course the ever popular Banjo Kazooie.

Have you tried Braid? That one is really good also. But very difficult. The Maw is fun also. It's made from the same developers as Splosion Man. Overall though I think that WiiWare has a lot more great games on it than XBLA.

I forgot Banjo Kazooie. One of the best ever. Banjo Tooie is also just as good.

Game looks fantastic. Sadly I own PS3s so Ill be missing out on this and Shadow Complex.

I haven't played very many XBLA games, since I haven't gotten the internet to work on my 360 yet, but I've played Pac-Man Championship Edition and Galaga Legions off Namco Museum: Virtual Arcade and they are awesome!

You should also definitely check out Pac-Man CE, Braid, Shadow Complex, the Banjos, Bionic Commando Rearmed ... there's also plenty of coin-op goodness (Galaga, Dig Dug, etc). A lot of good games on XBLA.

Thanks for all the recommendations, folks. Really sorry to have derailed the thread slightly...I'm sure when I download Splosion Man I'll be here gushing about it the way God intended.

I hear Castle Crashers is good, too, but I sadly don't have three other controllers for the full experience. Is it worth it single player or no?
