@zacazillion I would chose another pokemon. You can't put heal bell on Togekiss this generation. But if you really wanted to still use it. Breed one with Serene Grace and Nasty Plot. Probably Air Slash, Roost, Nasty plot, and T-Wave. EVs on personal preference.

Togekiss can still be good. I personally like having a cleric on my team. (wish passer/wall/aromatherapy or heal bell)
