Remedy is such a talented developer but their IPs are a complete snoozefest for me. Couldn't care any less for Control's universe. Just banal and boring as sin, with characters that couldn't be real in any universe. Having the ability to work with Nintendo or some other major IP (Perfect Dark anyone?) would be a godsent.
Nintendo are now the only one out of the big three console makers not to have entered the buyout race. So I’m curious to see if anyone Nintendo relies on for exclusives ends up being targeted.

Grasshopper Manufacture? We just got NMH III a few months ago. Remedy will probably be too busy with the Alan Wake sequel for the next several years to collaborate on anything else. From Software is working on the next Armored Core after Elden Ring launches. And Jasef Fares of Hazelight is a wonderful madman.
Yacht Club Games is a possibility, they're suppose to have a "big" announcement this week.
How big?
Zelda II Remake would be big and right in their wheelhouse.
Switch Physical Collection - 1,251 games (as of April 24th, 2024)

This is a hard question cause Nintendo already had a bunch of coloborations with major companies like Square, Capcom, Atlus, Platinum Games and more giving the switch a bunch of exclusives.
At this point we're naming much more niche studios to collab with.
I'm half expecting a Level 5 Nintendo game to be announced this year tbh. On account of Level 5 desperately needing something like Nintendo giving them money to make a game.
Why would Platinum make a good F-Zero? I'm not naysaying but I don't think they have ever made a racing game before and good course design isn't a skill that should be under estimated.

Third party developers are no longer willing to bend backwards to make special ports for underpowered Nintendo consoles, and when they do do it it's because Nintendo paid them to ie MH Rise. Capcom also made sure they were able to sell the game on PC to recoup costs. It just doesn't make financial sense to waste time and money on a game that may or may not sell on a single console.
I was talking about things like MercurySteam and metroid dread, third party studios working on Nintendo ips.

Because of the fast paced adrenaline that shares f zero and platinum video games.
@Pokester99 I mean, considering how World sold over 20 million in it's lifetime and 5 million globally within it's first weekend, I feel like they knew it would sell well due to the addictive nature of MH, the portability aspect and the attempt to make it more welcoming for new players. The PC version was basically just to guarantee that.
Also, Monster Hunter Rise on Switch isn't a port, it's built from the ground up specifically for that console. The PC version is and enhanced port of the Switch version, along with tweaking the controls to suit more PC-centric controllers like mouse and keyboard and PS and XBOX.
