When you join the Online Lounge in to chat with friends in Splatoon 2 (using the Nintendo smartphone app), can you only play with people you've invited to the lounge, or does it send your party into online matchmaking to fill out the empty slots?
I really want to chat with people, but I'm not sure it's even possible to find that many people who use the app to send friend requests and organize a reasonably sized battle party in which we can all communicate. Am I missing something?
