Topic: Region locked DLC for Splatoon 2?

I’m curious on the DLC (Octo Expansion) for Splatoon 2! I currently live in Qatar (Middle East) and apparently I can’t buy the DLC in this region. I was wondering on how I would be able to get the DLC and Make it work while living in Qatar?

As far as I'm aware it should be in all regions. Is Qatar PAL region?

What specific message are you getting on the eShop?
