Topic: Recover deleted games

hi, we have somehow managed to delete all of our saved game for Mario. Is there anyway to recover this at all. The switch has never been connected to the Internet so can't recover from the cloud. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

No, since you tell us it wasn't backed up, @duggan79 .... It's not like it's that easy to delete save data, so I don't understand how it happened by mistake?

If you lost your game save data for Mario, without cloud backup it's likely gone.

If you mean, you deleted the game, on eshop, go to where your wish list is, below that is "Redownload". You can redownload any game you've bought previously. If you knew this part, you can disregard.

Once Saved game are deleted they are gone. And to have Cloud access you must be NIN subscribed paying account otherwise you don't have access to this.

@Northwind It says “unable to find data to display”... does this mean I haven’t been saving to the cloud?

@Northwind Yes “auto save data backup” is on and there is no data for any game under “save data not on this console”.... But if I go into “all save data” then I do see all my games and Mario says it was backed up last yesterday.... but when I select it the two links for “backup save data” and “download save data” are all unselectable... Very weird.

@Davbie means you only saved to the console not the cloud save. Otherwise you need to contact Nintendo support for this issue.
